The Success Creed …by Bob Fraser
This is a short ‘exercise’ that can help you to get
where you want to go.
Simply say these words each day – until they become
second nature.
Does it work? You bet.
* * * * *
I have decided to succeed.
I now know that this decision is critical – it will
determine the results I get.
Furthermore, I have decided to succeed wildly.
I will make enough money to become financially secure
and comfortable – with plenty left over to do good
and make a real difference in the lives of people I
love.
Because I know that it takes just as much effort to
think big as it does to think small – I will think
big. I will also work hard – very hard.
Success that is permanent and sustained will require
massive effort on my part.
Overnight success is a fiction.
I cannot plan for fictional success.
Reality is not optional.
The secret to achieving my goals is my own belief that
I can do it. Once I am in this frame of mind, I have
already won.
All that remains to do is to execute my plan.
It’s not what I achieve in the end that matters – it’s
who I become in the process.
Failure is just an event.
(Repeat as needed.)

Do you have a FB Fan Page? I’m interested in reading your comments.
Thanks,

Lots of companies — more every day, it seems — want to have Facebook “fan” pages, where customers or would-be customers can connect with them and become part of their online community. But what are those fans actually worth to a company? Everyone has their own views on that question, but now a social media measurement firm called Syncapse has come up with an actual dollar value in a report released today (PDF link). The answer? An average fan is apparently worth about $136.38, although for some very successful social marketers the value can be dramatically higher, while for some less successful companies it can be virtually zero. Allergy season has kicked in and for us v/o talent it can spell trouble. Here’s some great ideas to keep it at bay as much as possible. I for one, love the Netipot described below. And remember, keep the stress level low. Happy Spring! Jeff

Itchy eyes, runny nose, sneezing and coughing are all signs that allergy season has arrived, and it’s hitting harder than ever, with experts predicting this will be the worst allergy season in a decade. While many sufferers typically reach for an arsenal of over-the-counter or prescription medications to fend off symptoms, others may be bothered by the potential side effects or unable to take some due to certain medical conditions. The good news is you may be able to treat your worst allergy symptoms without medication.
Supplements and lifestyle strategies may promise relief. But be sure to talk to your doctor before taking any supplements, as they may interact with other medications you’re taking, says Roberta Lee, M.D., vice chair of the Department of Integrative Medicine at Beth Israel Medical Center and author of “The Superstress Solution.” In addition, read the box for the appropriate dosage and take according to the directions or as instructed by your doctor.
